The Uptown at Citywalk development is a 245 unit luxury, 339,000 square foot apartment complex located in Woodbury, Minnesota. The four story wood framed property was completed in 2011 and was the final phase of a mixed use development that included rental housing, for sale housing, retail and office space. Citywalk offers twelve different floor plans of one bedroom, one bedroom/den, two bedroom and two bedroom/den units. Units featured a stainless steel full appliance package, custom cabinets, granite counters and vanities, fireplaces in select units, balconies and patios, nine foot ceilings with cove molding, upgraded floor covering, accent paint, walk in closets and more. Onsite amenities included several private outside courtyards, a luxury appointed clubroom, and a dog park with dog wash station. Citywalk incorporated a “Texas Doughnut” style design with the apartments wrapping around a four story parking garage that permits residents direct access to the garage from each floor of the building. The development utilized sustainable design and construction practices wherever possible.
