Background: The Communities at River Crossing is a Multi-family housing Community located in St. Paul, MN.

Position Summary: Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an organized, independent and self motivated individual with an aptitude for multi-tasking and follow through to join a professional and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Track Lease renewals and vacancy notices to maintain occupancy for the Section 42 requirements
• Ensure that on-site revenues are collected, and administrative expenses are within budget guidelines
• Collect, record and deposit rents
• Assist with all aspects of Compliance administration in accordance with HUD rules and regulations
• Enter Compliance information into computer system
• Interview residents and complete annual recertification including 50059 and supporting documentation
• Maintain waiting lists in accordance with HUD rules and regulations
• Assist prospective residents with application process
• Provide complete and accurate documentation of all Tax Credit requirements
• Stay abreast of all compliance issues and updates

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school education
• Knowledge of Federal assisted Housing regulations

Preferred requirements: Certified Occupancy Manager/Tax Credit Specialist certifications

Wage Rate: $25 – $28 per hour
