The Flats at Cedar Grove Apartments is a well-kept multi-family housing Community located in Eagan, MN.

Position Summary: Stonebridge Communities LLC is seeking an experienced, goal oriented, out-going, independent, and self-motivated individual with an aptitude for sales, customer service and follow-through to join a professional and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Community Manager to supervise and monitor daily Community operations
• Assist the Community Manager to Improve and maintain occupancy
• Assist in Managing all leasing and administrative operations
• Assist in hiring, training and supervising all on-site leasing and maintenance/field staff
• Assist in handling current residents and former residents’ complaints and concerns
• Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards and employment and safety laws
• Understand and comply with State and Federal regulations
• Hold exceptional customer service skills
• Assist in accomplishing set financial objectives for the Community
• Assist in improving and maintaining curb appeal and Community appearance
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

Supervisory skills

Sales and leasing skills

1 to 3 years of work experience in multifamily property management/hospitality industry

Yardi experience

Availability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred but not required: experience in sales or market rate leasing

Wage Rate: $20 – $22 per hour
